Maintain a strict diet: Anil Ambani starts the day with a banana, a bit of cereal and protein-rich milk. At lunch and dinner, he ate sprouts, lentils and 2 slices of bread. He snacked with fruit but avoided sweet fruits. In addition, Anil Ambani absolutely does not eat dishes made from white flour, dairy products, sugar and iodized salt.
